Kairos operates in prisons in 37 U.S. states, and 12 countries. Volunteers conduct over 600 Weekends in prisons and communities annually in the U.S. and worldwide.

Kairos Prison Ministry is made up of three programs, which reach over 27,000 people annually: Kairos Inside, Kairos Outside, and Kairos Torch.
